The mural which has long represented Surfside II Condos was faded and damaged.  Thanks to Carlos Chacon for finding the original artist to bring this icon back to it's original glory!

Monthly Pest Control Service

As part of the continuing maintenance program at Surfside II, every unit is treated for pests monthly.  The calendar of events for 2025 treatments may be found in the Owners only section, under "Calendar".  Pest Control is done every 4th Wednesday of the Month.

Please note:  

• If you have seen a problem with bugs, remove all pots, pans, plates from cabinets so they an be treated effectively. 
• The spray is pet friendly, but if you have dogs with medical problems, it is best to remain out of unit for at least a few hours before returning.
• Let owners or guests with pets with medical problems, contact Chacon Realty, LLC  (956-761-5633 or  [email protected]) to request that your unit is treated lightly.
